Return & Exchange Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving their order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

A restocking fee of PKR 700 will be applied to each return or exchange request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refund Policy

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Products that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Items purchased during final sale or clearance.

Customized or altered products.
