Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms & Conditions

All customers are hereby informed that under the Cash on Delivery (COD) terms and conditions, the courier company does not allow packages to be opened before payment.

By placing a COD order with LAWN DRESS SALE, you agree to the following:

• Customers are required to make full payment before opening the parcel.

• You have the right to return the parcel only after payment and successful acknowledgment of delivery to the courier company.

• If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must inform us after completing payment to the courier.

• Returned items must be sent back at the customer’s own expense for return or exchange processing.

• Please do not request or force the delivery rider to open the parcel before payment, as this is strictly against COD rules followed by courier companies in Pakistan.
