1. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.


2. Can I open the parcel before payment?

No. As per courier company rules in Pakistan, parcels cannot be opened before payment. You may request a return after payment if needed.


3. What is your delivery time?

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 working days. Delivery may take longer during sales or peak seasons.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp.


5. What is your return and exchange policy?

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
A PKR 700 restocking fee applies.


6. Which items are not eligible for return?

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products

  • Customized or altered items


7. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after item inspection.
COD refunds are issued via bank transfer.


8. Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship within Pakistan.
